Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange is valid for products of the same or higher value (with the difference to be paid by the customer).
  • Custom orders are not eligible for exchange.

Return Policy

  • All jewelry undergoes a manual quality check before dispatch.
  • If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please email us at info@whitevelvetsilver.com with order details and clear product images within 2 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only in case of genuine quality issues.
  • In case of a refund due to return, shipping and handling charges will be deducted.

Exchange & Return Process

  • Keep the original package ready.
  • Contact our customer care team to request a pickup.
  • If our logistics partner does not provide pickup in your area, you may ship the
    product back to our warehouse using your own courier service.
  • Exchanges/refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.

Shipping & Handling

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Pre-order items may take longer; in case of delays, we will inform you promptly.
  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
  • Shipping, handling, and Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.
